Honky Tonk - Menu

I love this place. They have amazing beer and cocktails. It's always bustling and has a great atmosphere. It can get pretty crowded on weekend nights, but it's always a good time!

I have no idea why this place was pretty empty on a sunny Sunday afternoon when The Alexandra next door was packed because it was well decorated with friendly staff and a HUGE selection of drinks. The front 'garden ' was drenched in sun and be assured, I am coming back for food because I saw those burgers and waffles, and they looked amazing.

Steph Maxwell and I stopped here for a Sunday afternoon drink in the sunshine and gazed hungrily at the food which looks seriously sensational (screw the diet) I will 100% be back and ordering the entire menu. The service was great and I loved the decor. Really felt like I was somewhere other than clapham (as much as I love it). A solid alternative to the surrounding pubs that can be saturated when it's sunny.

I went to a restaurant with my daughter seeking an authentic American dinner. The place was quite dimly lit, which was challenging for me as I am visually impaired. I requested a virgin pina colada since I do not drink alcohol, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request. Instead, I asked for a colorful and well-balanced drink that tasted good. My daughter ordered the "Hugging and Wagging" dish, which was disappointing as it tasted bland, except for being covered in overly sweet maple and golden syrup.

My partner and I had lunch at this restaurant during lunchtime, as I had been wanting to try it for a while. The decor was quirky and there were a few tables occupied, but my overall experience was disappointing. The American diner ambiance was not achieved, as the staff seemed indifferent to our presence. We had to constantly cover our plates while flies buzzed around. The starter and main dish I ordered had similar tastes, but only one was in BBQ sauce. We were so disappointed that we didn't even finish our meals. The food was mediocre at best, and no one wants to settle for just "okay" when dining out.

What an amazing Sunday afternoon!!! I visited Honky Tonk (following a suggestion of a good friend of mine yesterday with my friends and we experienced really good food combined with an excellent service! We had 3 starters (Quesadilla, Mozarella sticks Nachos with chicken my favourite one was Mozarella sticks... Really delicious. On a sunny day, the foot path seating is a great place to watch the world go by. The cocktail list reads OK and the bar staff will also create variations of your choice. I started with a classic mojito and then moved onto a raspberry variation. The drinks were packed full of fresh fruit rather than artificial flavours which was good to see. Really chuffed to get a £50 voucher from Zomato for here. This covered main course, dessert and half price happy hour cocktails for two. The cocktails come in jam jars, whether you like this concept or not the mojitos were good. When we first arrived it was difficult to find waiting staff to seat us, but when we went to the back of the restaurant and found them they were very friendly throughout. It's been a while since I indulged in a nice juicy burger. I think the Zomato UK team sensed it and decided to send me a voucher to pamper my palette. You guys are the best! As soon as we entered Honky Tonk, we saw the Happy Hours and down went my plans to have any milkshake.
