excellent service, beautiful furnishings and eating disappointed never! I recommend the sour roast and sour wort. the russian sauce is incredible.

a place where they let the view of the Rhine graze and when eating under a canopy of wine, sit in the shadow. we have not only eaten here at lunchtime, but also in the afternoon. the service was good.

I must say it was nice. However it was just no presentation. Piece of meat on a plate. Food is good though. The steak was done to my liking. Service was good though a bit slow as they had a huge group of tourists to take care of. Hats off to the kitchen

A warm welcome and a beautiful ambience, the mood rises immediately! The menu was very tidy and fast we decided. In the meantime we had received drinks, wine and mineral water. The service was fleeting and attentive, we could spend a successful evening there!

this hotel is located in assmannshausen opposite the ferryman of the KD ship. we have enjoyed a really good dinner in the garden with wonderful views over the Rhine. the food was excellent, the selection good and the service top-class. the wine was worth a second glass. a good place.

Second time we have eaten at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. As you walk onto the terrace, it is like you are walking into a private flower garden. The entire terrace is wrapped in beautiful colors. Food was tasty and hot. The view of the Rhine is beautiful and the staff friendly. Will be our go to restaurant whenever we visit Rüdesheim.

the hotel looked so desirable and the hired were beautifully dressed. we ate at lunch and were not disappointed. after our excellent lunch we drank our drinks and watched the boats and last-creams of the Rhine up and down. the open area is under a soon-to-be-weep in, so that if necessary there is always shadow. they are surrounded by cultivated flowerbeds and flower ampoules. beautiful place.

They were out of the food I had requested which is understandable however they did not discuss other options with me before bringing out a substitute. They were not accommodati g anything else. The service is also very slow and took a long time to get ketchup I was afraid to even order another dish with how long the wait would be. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are many other options available.

we were so tired of waiting for our food for an hour that we decided to just pay our drinks and go. every time we asked the waiter how long it would take, he said it would only take a few minutes. the owner and the waiter then insisted that he had told us that it would take an hour what he had not done. no discount or a free drink was offered. we live in Germany and speak both fluently German, so it was not a language problem, but unfortunately only a terrible service.
