"Our reservation was mishandled, and our table was mistakenly given away while we waited at the bar. This was frustrating, especially since we had a confirmed booking. The bar staff, however, were lovely and very efficient. Unfortunately, the table service didn’t match the same standard. We had a long wait after finally being seated before our food and drinks arrived. When it was time to settle the bill, we were charged £60 for a bottle of wine, despite our order being for a £32 bottle—quite a significant error. The table service offered little in the way of an apology for this mistake. While the venue itself is beautiful and we enjoyed an enjoyable evening with friends, the level of service was disappointing and felt lacking."

Visit our reception area for special occasions, which has been beautifully transformed after 21.5 years. The environment is lovely, the decor is stunning, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
