Ippudo - Menu

I just went to get a ramen and that's exactly what I got. service and atmosphere are poor, but the ramen are divine. credits for home noodles. Go ahead, don't think about it.

First the ramens, too fat, fat, fat..the pates are good on the other hand...but fat..trop fat. None of us 3 were able to finish the soups the service suchmmmmmly slow and muuuuuu. It's not possible. for the addition too dirty given the level of soups

The ramens are excellent. the bouillons very well balanced. No choice. Only point negative the service. completely soft, no smiles and when you ask that an egg be cooked well because not being allowed to eat otherwise, we are told that it is not possible! an egg. Just the longer leather.

After having tasted the one in Republique that only has chicken or veggie ramen, I tried this other Ippudo with pork ramen. I took the classic Shiromaru whose soup is tasteful without being too heavy or spicy (there is another ramen dedicated to the map) For big hunger easily add a tamago egg!

Friday night we arrived just at the right time before the rush. table of 5 covers. The organisation of the service is totally anarchical ...... before the order and we wait too long. Everyone's taking care of everything, but nothing's going forward. Then it's better. In the plate it's super good and pretty copied.So food rather 4 or 5 stars but because of the service it's only 3 !

Ippudo has the authentic taste of a Japanese restaurant. We enjoyed our tamago croquette as starter. After the ramen is amazing and they have plenty of options which is really great. The staff is nice and the only thing to improve is...please if you served the main to 2 people...do it at the same time. We waited 5 minutes to get the second main but even with this it was a good experience.

This ramen is not in the same neighborhood as the others. in a small street and quiet, with possibility to eat outside. perfect for beautiful days. The room is pretty big, no problem to go in group. noodles served in a French flag bowl are quite classic, pork and eggs are tasty.When soup is very good. The Tori-Shoyu is very original, which brings freshness despite its temperature, to believe that there is no bad ramen. But my preference is still at kotteri naritake, better bets I think.

an excellent culinary journey in the country of the rising sun. The ramen are simply excellent!The bouillons are tasty and well balanced. (specially to the spicy ramen that peppers just what it takes for a slight frontal sweat while retaining all the flavors)The bowls are very well garnished and able to choose the cooking of the noodles only makes this tasting perfect. The proposed entries are good. However, desserts are insignificant. My advice: an entrance, a bowl of ramen and a green. One last point, the service is bad! servers are more interested in their mobile phones and their conversations between them, which makes it long.

I've been meaning to try Ippudo's ramen for awhile, they're reputed to be very good and quite authentic. So I was happy to finally have an opportunity to try them out. We went late on a rainy Thursday evening and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a group of four, which isn't bad for a ramen place. However inside things didn't get faster, it took awhile for our order to be taken and a very long time for our order to arrive. It's strange because most elements of the ramen should be ready to go. When the ramen finally arrived it was only fine. I got the tori Shoyu, and the broth tasted nice, it wasn't too rich and had a reasonably complex flavour.
