Pese a haber reservado mesa y estar con dos niños, estuvimos una hora por unos tortelinis. Desde luego la peor experiencia en Guadalajara en mucho tiempo. Para no volver ni en broma.

Aseguraron que controlan la contaminación cruzada pero hacen las pizzas sin gluten en el mismo horno que las pizzas con gluten. Tanto mi hija como yo (las dos celiacas) nos hemos contaminado.

Me ha gustado mucho la comida de este restaurante. Mucha variedad en pastas y pizzas y todo bueno. Lo que más me gustado la pizza gorgonzorra. Local muy grande, con mucha gente, pero el servicio fue bastante rápido.

the best place in guadalajara to eat pasta. I've gone many times and I'll keep going. The best provolone cheese I've ever tasted. The only glue is that you go out with a lot of smell of food in your clothes... as they have the oven in the same dining room.

La Pasta siempre me sorprende, y siempre para bien. El pastel de berenjena de entrante, sabrosísimo. La pizza garrapiñada y los tallarines de verduras al wok también muy buenos. Pero el pastel... superior. Puede que La Pasta tenga la mejor calidad/precio de Guadalajara.
