"We visited the Janzen twice last year. It is a small, cozy restaurant that brings a wonderful kitchen to the table. We had both cattle fillets to the main course and were thrilled. The meat was simply perfectly fried and nicely tender. During a visit everyone had chosen a clear tomato essence with juniper clones as an appetizer. Each spoon was a pleasure and at the same time a misery for the brain. In pure, pure tomato flavor, you just imagine a red soup and not as clear as it was in the dish. Great! And super delicious! Just Manko: The staff. The mood is growing here. It really depends on who's here and how he is. For the first time it was a very nice gentleman who immediately said what is currently not available and what he can offer us instead of it completely fresh from the market. We find it very nice when there are fresh, current dishes that are adapted to the fresh products that could be bought. Who wants whatever is on the map if the quality cannot be guaranteed. During the second visit, another gentleman was there in the service area and played the beautiful game that we cannot suffer so much: first look at what the guests want, and hope that it is nothing of the dishes that...
