"Leider nicht so begeistert. Wir waren um 17 Uhr da, gerade geöffnet, wenig Gäste. Saßen am Tisch, Karte wurde gereicht. 5 Minuten später fragte unsere Bedienung nach der Bestellung. Wir bestellen Getränke, wurden direkt nach den Essenswünschen gefragt. Meine Antwort jetzt noch nicht, später wurde barsch beantwortet mit Wir sind ein Restaurant, wenn sie nur etwas trinken möchten, müssen sie woanders hin gehen. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Wir sind gegangen."

"I wanted to try this place last week with my partner and parents (so four of us). Weather was great and we would have liked to sit outside. On arrival, all the tables outside were taken. Food and atmosphere looked great though, so we decided to sit down inside and ask if we can be moved outside once a table becomes available. (We wouldn't even have minded too much to be inside...) We were met by a stressed-looking waiter who greeted us like he could barely be bothered serving more people. I started my question with "Could we sit outside..." but before finishing my sentence ("...once a table becomes available?") he snapped at me "Where???"; accompanied with the most arrogant and stupefying gesture. Yes I could see there was no space right now, thank you very much. When I then finished by asking if HE could move us outside he said we'd have to keep an eye out ourselves as he is too busy for this. We looked around but the restaurant wasn't exactly set up to overlook the outside (in my little opinion - working in restaurants and cafés myself - it is not too much to ask for). By this the waiter was already gone so we left without another word or being acknowledged by anyone else. As I mentioned before we wouldn't have minded to sit inside but after this we did not want to put up with such an arrogant and rude attitude of the waiter or even leave a cent to this business. I have never been treated by any waiting staff like this before and I have seen A LOT coming from the industry! Flabber-gasting. I hope the newly openend Italian in Fischen will give them a bit of competition to improve their level of service."

"Trying a restaurant visit: the lady who picked up the order was friendly, but for linguistic reasons has misunderstood a lot. That's not a bad problem for me. The main course then came 2 times beef once in good, once in very poor quality. Both with a wrong degree. With false supplements. Separately served sauce with thick skin. A meal then went back (after 2 beer taps). It's only fun and bad. Errors can happen. The cheerful boss Mr charged for the wrong, badly prepared and declined gang to me Grandezza “only” 50% of the price rest of course full, despite all mistakes. Rightly ironic he was, stupid guests, the stupid things to say may already feel his contempt. So the Mc Donalds in Sonthofen helped us out. Certainly not a stupid culinary, but fair. And in the freestyle, you could change the boss. Drinks ok, nice selection, reasonable prices."

"Corona: A table reservation is recommended here. Only every 2nd table is occupied and the well-dressed service power properly carries its mask. The ambience is good and the food delicious On the day of our visit, there was only one waitress to distribute drinks and food, pay, clean up and take new guests in reception. Friendly and/or also directly waiting guests in the entrance area were rejected because no table was left free. I want you to make it better. The food was very delicious. Always happy"
