The food is very nice, although the regular fries are not a really big portion for the price and also they used to put more fries in the bag what they didn’t do this time.

very good burgers and fries with a large variety of drinks and milkshakes available. Good quality food and very good service, clean and tidy eating areas. Open until late.

Great five guys as always. Food was amazing the drinks machine had all the options available. The service was very quick and pleasant. The toilets require a code found on your receipt and the dining area is slightly smaller than other ones ive been to but thats not a problem.

Ben and his team were awesome — he gave me good intel about the hill to the station (so I could figure out timings), and I’ve never seen a hotdog cooked so quickly, let alone be so tasty!! Can never recommend the Five Guys beef hotdogs enough, but the team were so helpful, and I managed to catch my train too

Food ok, barely any flavour...had burger and chips with a few toppings, slimey, bun was wet, chips tasted old. Constantly shouting out numbers, just get a screen with the numbers surely, it's so loud!!! Went to the loo, omfg!!! Worse than public toilets on the street. Didn't look like they'd been cleaned for a week. WILL NOT RETURN!

I came in by myself, Luke who took my order was amazing , giving me recommendations and explaining everything to me. This man should get a pay rise, he was so nice as a woman by myself ordering he was so patient and took me through every burger and all the options !!! All the other staff were moody but he was so nice and talkative . Will definitely be back just because of him!

I paid 55 pounds for 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks. In my opinion, it was a lot of money for this type of fast food. The bread was too soft and lacked crispiness. Two of the fries were served in paper cups, while the third portion was thrown into the paper bag. I was disappointed as I did not expect this for the price. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The burger at this restaurant is better than your average fast food place, but it is a bit more expensive and not as fast. The meat is tasty and cooked well, but nothing extraordinary. I would have liked a cheaper option with just one patty, which is essentially the kid's meal. The fries are good and not too salty, and they feel more homemade because of the quality of the potatoes. However, the prices could be a bit lower for both the main dishes and the sides. If you want to customize your burger with free toppings, it can get a bit overwhelming and turn into more of a messy sandwich rather than a burger. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the value for the money.

My visit included one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a fast food restaurant. I placed my order through my phone as there was quite a large queue at the till and I didn’t really want to speak to anyone at that point. Once I had ordered I realised that the queue was due to a large group of what looked like exchange students who were all ordering separately crowding the small till area. Because of this, I was expecting my order to be delayed as the group had ordered about 20 separate tickets altogether.
