"The food is great but the owner is VERY dismissal of employees and employees! To see an owner treating the staff as if they are second-class citizens, this is regrettable! We were in BahaMar, opposite the road and convenient, but if you as owner openly wait your employees when you are administrative work at the bar, if it disturbs your clientele and how they pay, it is not a good look or publicity statement about your business. There are other places that mention the same food, some Fish Fry, Bamboo Shack (Downtown), Dirty’s and Nesbitts (West). Owners in these companies, I do not see them in the open and interaction. You would think based on Covid the owner would try to be the staff as NICE as possible because by there actions and composer, it says a lot. I will not be back if this is how you, the owner decides to interact with members of your team! There are too many ways to stand for someone who works in, “I am better than you put mind!”"

Leider hat das mexikanische Essen überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Tacos schmeckten in der Fastfoodkette Tacobell in den USA 100 mal besser.

Essen war wirklich gutnur fand ich dass man bei den Fajhitas ruhig mal fragen könnte , ob man noch ein oder zwei Scheiben mehr möchte....es ist genug da, was man einrollen kann....man hataber nur 4 Platten...das ist schade.

Wir waren nun zweimal bei Johnny Canone - die Cocktails sind echt super lecker und das Essen ist als "mal was anderes" auch ganz in Ordnung, wenn auch keine Top-Küche.Ambiente ist sehr nett und locker, das Personal überaus freundlich.Wir kommen wieder - danke!

I visited this restaurant last August and was very happy with the food, service and staff. There were 22 of us eating and not everyone could speak German, that was no problem staff we are amazing. We visit dates again in August this year and we will definitely be here. Thanks Barbara in Aengland.

Das Lokal sieht schon von außen mit seinen vielen Lichtern sehr einladend aus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist bunt und stimmig, wie man sich ein TexMex-Lokal vorstellt. Also ganz weit weg von weißen Damasttischdecken. Ein gelungenes Mischmasch aus Dekoartikeln rundet alles ab. Der Service war supernett und zuvorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet, auch waren Sonderwünsche kein Problem. Das Essen hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt, die Portionen sind reichlich, hier muss niemand hungrig nach Hause gehen.

Um eines hier mal vorweg zunehmen, die Aussage von Tobias S hier im Forum ist eine Frechheit. Wenn man sich seine anderen Bewertungen ansieht merkt man, er Kretisiert des Kretisierens wegen, jedoch nicht fachbezogen und objektiv. Ich selbst war mit Freunden bei einem Besuch in Datteln hier zum Essen und wir hatten alle unterschiedliche schmackhafte und preisgerechte Gerichte. Der Service und die Atmosphäre waren gut und freundlich. Bei einem erneuten Besuch von Datteln werden wir wieder dort hingehen, weiter so.

Sollte man durch Zufall einmal nach Datteln geraten, fällt auf, da gibt es nichts. Also nicht weshalb man nach Datteln kommen müsste. Verspürt man Hunger, empfiehlt es sich, die Stadtgrenzen zu überschreiten und vielleicht sein Glück in Waltrop, Dortmund oder noch entfernteren Ort zu versuchen.Das Essen der obigen Lokalität, ein Sammelsurium des wohl nach dem Empfinden des Schöpfers trendiger Fingerfood, Tapas und ich könnt noch ein Nachschlagvertragen-Küche. Leider schmeckte nichts auch nur annähernd, als dass man Geld dafür in die Hand nehmen sollte.Die Bedienung, wahrscheinlich froh und glücklich Arbeit zu haben, unqualifiziert, frech und vielleicht der Lokalität und Ort geschuldet distan...
