Sehr schönes Jugendstildekor und freundlicher, bemühter und schneller Service bei sehr gutem, typisch französischem Essen. Gemischtes Publikum, Franzosen und Touristen. Menu Julien mit Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert à la carte zu 37€, 2 Gänge 31€.Sehr zu empfehlen, gehen sicher wieder hin!

Le lieu classé patrimoine historique est magnifique : le charme parisien à l'état pur.Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins avec les clients.Les plats sont simples mais bien réalisés. Une petite erreur dans l'addition rapidement réparée.Nous avons passés un excellent moment. Merci beaucoup.

We enjoyed a two family get together which included three school aged kids. Everyone enjoyed the main course, which was really well prepared and professionally served.The desserts were among the largest I've seen in Paris and satisfied the many a sweet tooth in our party. Há alguns anos não íamos à Brasserie Julien e constatamos que a comida continua muito saborosa, porém a decoração do ambiente está velha e desgastada, inclusive com os espelhos manchados. É uma pena, pois se trata de uma decoração "art nouveau" muito bonita.O menu, que inclui entrada, prato principal e sobremesa (sem bebida), custa 37 euros, no almoço. Há outros mais baratos, no almoço.

The food at brasserie Julien is worth every calorie (of which there won't be few... :D) We trusted them to recommend the wine, and what a perfect choice that turned out to be! Main courses - I've had the fish - were, by all accounts, very good indeed, and they were relatively accommodating re: our son's needs (who is a difficult eater). For dessert I had the thin apple tart (ABSOLUTELY BEST I ever tried), but of course we also tried the crepes suzette - and, wow! - what a treat!My tips: The place was quite full, so you should probably book (we did, well in advance). Honestly, I was so disappointed here; my wife had been before and been impressed by the decor and a flambéd pudding, so this time we both visited, but what a boring meal it was. The rib-eye steak I ordered came with no embellishment except some crusty old chips, not even a slice of onion. My wife's sea bass came with rice. So much for French cuisine. Their chef needs to go back to school to learn how to construct a tasty plateful.We though the waitress had forgotten to give us vegetables, as the couple on the next table had carrots and broccoli with their meal, and behind us a group was sharing a bowl of vegetables, but no - the chef figured it was only worth putting veg on if we had another...
