Went here on a Friday night with my special ladyOverall this was a good place and I was tempted to give four stars.

Everything about my recent evening at Julie's was highly enjoyable, sadly except for the food which was a bit disappointing.

We've been coming to Julie's since and missed it while it was shut. We are delighted to see it back, and the food was as good as ever, if not better Visualizza piatti

I went here with a group of friends and while we ended up with an additional person coming, that did not seem to be a problem for the staff at Julie's.

Gorgeous food, excellent service and a pleasure as always to go. Still excellent. My year old dad has been going for odd years and wasn’t disappointment. In an area where things change so often and so drastically, Julie’s is a stalwart if west London eating.. LOVELY

Earlier this week, we visited Julie's to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were seated at a charming table outside, which was perfect for the sunny London evening. The service and food were both exceptional, as always. Despite the necessary COVID-19 precautions such as temperature checks, sanitizer, and social distancing, we were able to have a wonderful evening and felt very welcome. Very friendly and good waitering staff. Sat outside and enjoyed dinner. We ordered chicken liver parfait for starter, lamb and stone bass fillet for the main course which was delicious, and for dessert cheesecake and treacle tart. Our only criticisms which I hope is taken on board would be the chicken liver parfait and cheesecake. Unfortunately the liver parfait seemed a bit confusing sweet biscuit and an overpowering and crunchy granola like crumble on top Just keep the parfait simple and it's a winner. Secondly the cheesecake was very small, almost hidden under the meringue. Asides from those two, we had a good evening. Thanks

It’s a number of years since I’ve eaten here but this was a very disappointing return visit.My steak was poor quality meat and overcooked not that any waiter enquired despite me making clear my preference on ordering. They charged for the steak alone and I’ve had better quality in chain restaurants for were small. I left feeling hungry. The cheeses were good but no bread just a couple of crackers. Again overpriced.Overall a great disappointment! To top it all they are charging vat at on the whole meal despite the recent reduction for food to really couldn’t recommend it. Go to a gastropub and have better food and wine for half the price

This is a venue for those within the local postcode of a certain demographic. Was not an amazing experience. Overpriced underwhelming. Was greeted by the staff with “can I help you?” We were well dressed for my anniversary and had a reservation. The food looks amazing on the menu but is bland plain seriously overpriced. I had the guinea fowl starter which was bland. My steak was cooked medium not medium rare as I requested. The triple cooked chips were rock hard. If you want better dining go to the mitre, the Bonaparte, the cow or cepages. Sadly this venue is not for outsiders. You will be treated last to locals it’s not to standards of Savoy, Dorchester etc.... I’d say avoid look at other r... Visualizza piatti
