Disgusting dirty unsanitary walls and seating. 3 members of staff doing nothing behind the counter ,unacceptable due to price you pay

Amazing place great desserts and great bubble tea would highly recommend was met with welcoming staff shout out to James for being very helpful.

Refused to let us dine in when it was only 21:30 and this place closes at 10:30pm. Even though there we’re already people in the shop and you could see them making desserts and you could order online. Really love a kaspas but will not be coming here again or ordering online. VERY DISAAPOINTED

We ordered though Uber eats ordered arrived got sent wrong order rang Kasper guy spoke to he ring Uber eats to sort it out hour later still not heard anything so rang back to he told that Uber eats basically told him to leave it not do anything stuck with order can't eat terrible customers service didn't even ring back like he said he was going to

This is a clean n friendly place in the heart of town. There are many stupid reviews saying toffee hard etc .if U put toffee on ice it goes hard or chocolate.i found it a good experience and I ordered 4 desserts so I could be honest.Try it it was good... I tried here for the very first time choco waffle and I chose my toppings but I don 't recommend people to choose fudge cubs as toppings on their waffle because it was so hard to eat.. It was not that easy to eat I tried to eat the fudge cubes but I couldn 't then I removed them from my waffle. So please don 't add the fudge cubes as toppings. All over my experience in this place was good.

Went to this place for a taste of their ice cream selections. I ordered gelato and an apple crumble. Went to my seat and waited for the order to arrive. To my surprise, I was approached by staff members with a card machine that took my payment without giving me the food. It was really embarrassing, and I felt like a thief in their shop. The gelato was nice and tasty. On the other hand, the apple crumble was microwaved, and I managed to eat it, but it was served with powdered milk ice something, which tasted disgusting. Not a good shop to visit, the staff was rude and disrespectful. Big no, no.

Non existent customer service. They also don’t have anything you want to order we tried to order a chocolate sundae, cookie dough, milkshake, chocolate fudge cake and was told they were all not available. This was after paying. The entire party had to then choose alternatives they weren’t entirely keen on because we had already paid. I find it hard to believe they didn’t know before. We also witnessed a staff member being quite unkind to another employee who was taking orders, and seating walk ins, telling him off and telling him to wash plates instead of seating walk ins. When our food did arrive, only 2 out of the 3 items came. We waited 25 mins for a Sundae to arrive, when it didn’t we to... Visualizza piatti
