"If I could give this restaurant a 0 rating, that's what they should have received at 9:00 pm on 24/08. We arrived just before closing time at 10:00 pm, but the staff had already put a sign on the door without realizing it was only 9:00 pm. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, the guy in charge refused to seat my family, yet allowed a group of young men to be seated. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially since I work in customer service at a hotel where we welcome guests until closing time. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone."

Pretty average food, the cookie dough wasn’t great and was extremely sickly. There food is also very overpriced ,I could have made it better at home for a lot cheaper.

The waffles are smaller Use to be food cos you used to share with people now its a small waffle on a big plate The service was ok ! But I think the food has gone a bit downhill

what a beautiful experience! I was served by debbie who was bubbly and gave excellent customer service. their smiles and their personality added to the entire experience. we ordered wadding and they were delicious.

Just rubbish. Crepe was like eating a rubber band. Dry and chewy with a small amount of sauce on top nothing inside. Hot chocolate float said you can choose the ice cream, this is not true. Bad experience, slow service. Won’t be coming back

I enjoyed the gloomy and the whole experience. you have to go up and order, but for me it took about 10 minutes until the waffel and the suns came out that were amazing! the price of both came at £13, but it is worth definitiw if only for a contract.

Even though it was not busy, none of us received our orders at the same time. We were told we could only pay cash or on the App, so we opted to do that, but the App was terrible with missing products and very slow. Morale was bad and it seemed nobody really cared. When ice cream costs over £10 each, it needs to be a lot better than this.

Exactly what you'd expect! I had a strawberry and butterscotch waffle with vanilla ice cream and an americano coffee (as pictured). Loads and loads of choice on the menu. Amazing decor. Looks stunning and very clean. It is pricey and there should be a table service imo. You have to go up to order. Will go back but not often. Do not go here if you're on a diet! Service lets them down.

it was my first visit and hopefully not my last. I decided to have a love of white chocolate so that the strawberry indulge, it was a waffel bottom with cut strawberry, white chocolate sauce, white chocolate flakes and whipped cream, washed with a white hot chocolate. it was beautiful and only slightly sweet. the staff was very friendly, helpful and the place was clean. the only part was waiting, but they were very busy.
