You need to sample this freshly cooked food!!! I had salmon with new potatoes, fresh vegetables all cooked beautifully. My husband had the burger cooked to order, could not fault it

Fantastic food, we ate there several times in 2019 and have now returned, the food is simple and really good ingredients and a very friendly service. We got half a serving of spare ribs, very tender and plentiful meat. We will return again. Annette Denmark

We ate here on our recent visit to Montemar . Very disappointing after our last experience. We waited 45 minutes for one course to be served, food was OK but not to go back. Waitress had to go out to get some sweet white wine, there was no orange juice, or apple juice.

Visited with 9 friends so a fair few to cater for but all our meals were plated up to us all at the same time. Great fresh food perfectly cooked, I had the filet steak which was to die for, the fish and chips was like a whale and I’ve never seen a rack of ribs so big. Great food freshly cooked so yes you may have to wait a wee bit but it is worth it. And sometimes some of the dishes will have been sold out but remember that these restaurants are coming out of COVID so please be patient with them. But with so much choice (braised beef/fish and chips steak etc you will find something great on the menu (p.s wife loves the mushroom starter!

Had a fantastic meal here last week. We were a family group of 10 and everything was perfect. Jane, the host made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Service was fast and efficient and the food was amazing. Best fish n chips I've tasted in ages with a delicious homemade tartare sauce. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area. Thanks to Jane, Paul and their team for a top night

We were the first customers of the evening, having had the food recommended on walking past previously. The service was great, ingredients changed slightly for personal preference with no problem. I had the 10 oz rib-eye with onions, mushrooms, chips, peas and pepper sauce all cooked to perfection, and I have never had a better steak, ever! My wife had the chicken salad, loads of lovely moist chicken and salad ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble, and will return next time we are in Torremolinos Carihuela, our favourite place.
