"Extremely rude member of staff made massive fuss that I asked for my order to be packed away(someone at till selected in house when I stated take out). Almost shouting t me asking for my order number(she hold receipt for different order) Touching fries with bare hands(till operator not kitchen staff) only last pack she used a piece of napkin. Not recommending this place. Only positive chicken was great and fresh but had to wait 15min for the order."

after 12 hours of driving, I finally wanted to eat something. I drove up to kfc drive. and I went. 45 minutes before closing time, cleaning began and orders were not accepted..

The KFC in Hanover is good food and good service. They ran out of original which we wanted and told us we had to wait 15 minutes which was ok as we were not in a hurry and it would mean freshness I nearly passed out when we were offered free cool drinks for the wait. Well done.

Very tasty, well maintained, competent staff. The quality of food and drinks is always very good. A large menu choice with main dishes, side dishes, sauces, desserts and drinks completes a visit. For this quarter, this situation is a real enrichment and appreciation of the quality of life.
