Went through the drive through ordered 6piese bucket 4 fries £13.99. Comes to something when the fries were better than the dry 5 LEGS of chicken and 1 Thigh. Old Hill Kentucky you are the worst. Expensive ****.

I ordered a meal online and it was ready when I arrived, but I was disappointed to find that the food was lukewarm. The chicken was dry, the coating was tasteless and not crispy, and the chips were soggy and also lukewarm. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

A horrendous visit through the drive through, never again, 15 mins for 2 lukewarm mini fillet burgers and that was even wrong it should have been 3, when questioned got told tough you only got charged for 2, very rude and terrible customer care, no advisement of delays or shortages and as had already waited so long for 2, can’t think how cold they would have been by the time the third arrived. Ordered fillet box meal for 1. I received fillet tower burger for 1. Spicy salsa sauce which I thought was ketchup which I hate. I had to take off the hashbrown which was full of this awful sauce. It was £2.00 more than the one I ordered. This staff member I have encountered before and I cannot understand her although I believe she is English. This review applies to KFC Netherton Cradley Heath only. I will not be visiting here again.

Used this restaurant a lot lately as working locally, wait time varies but sometimes can be a long wait while they cook the chicken, not a issue normally but today i received £100 parking fine for parking 12 mins over the allotted time, restaurant not interested, not there issue, they happy that customers have long waits at the drive thru for food but stay few mins extra on the carpark, and £100 fine thank you KFC wont be eating there again

Having used this kfc in the past, i am inclined to avoid this place as clearly the cashier cant listen to a simply order, or to ensure the press the correct buttons on the till. Having had order confirmed verbally by the cashier, when i got home from a drive thru order to notice my gravy instead was listed as god damn coleslaw. Id say its a one off but the amount of times had wrong order through the drive thru service, but ive lost count. If you want missing or incorrect items go drive thru, definitely avoid this branch in particular. Visualizza piatti

We recently visited your restaurant for the $9 chicken bucket deal and requested the one that is advertised from July 26th to August 30th, 2022. We were informed that it was not available and that you were waiting for the Halal chicken to come in. Disappointed, we asked where the nearest location offering this deal was, and were directed to Halesowen. However, upon arrival, we discovered that they were not participating in the promotion either. It was a complete waste of time, and we left feeling frustrated. It is disappointing that the offer was not being honored as advertised. We are very unhappy with this experience.

We live just 2 minutes away from this restaurant, and to be honest, we don't know why we keep coming back. Every time we order, it takes over 20 minutes, even for something as simple as a piece of chicken. They overcharge us, frequently leave out items from our orders, and the food is always cold. The customer service is terrible, with staff members lacking basic manners. They even charge for sauce that we never receive. The restaurant is run by teenagers who seem to not care about the quality of service they provide. They often make mistakes with orders, leaving customers waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Overall, we are fed up with the poor service and think this restaurant sh...

Long wait in que, when I got to till, I was told "hang on "so I continued to wait. Told no popcorn so can 't serve you boneless banquet, ok I said what can I have looking at large menu, made quick choice, as the que was getting longer. So when I was waiting for our meals there seemed to be a problem in the kitchen and the young lad putting meals together was having problems, the girl on the till was trying to help. They only seemed to be interested in serving the drive through. When the lad gave me our meals he said sorry have to throw your hot chocolate away and remake it ok.
