"My boyfriend and I came here because we wanted some entertainment whilst enjoying a nice drink and some food. When we got there it was very busy which wasn’t a problem, we thought this was a good sign. The place has different acts on the stage throughout the night which I have to admit where great, lovely dancers, and the aerialist was amazing (this saved the night). Upon arrival we where told that the food would take an hour to come, we ordered anyway. The overall concept seemed great but the atmosphere... was not. The waiters (whilst trying their hardest to please everyone, and working extremely hard) seemed very stressed and tense, with it being busy and understaffed this wasn’t their fault. When the food eventually took longer than an hour to come we decided to cancel our order and leave, at this point we wasn’t too disappointed with our evening, it wasn’t the best but we had enjoyed our wine and the entertainment, it was when our bill was given to us and we where told there was a ENTRY fee per person... (it would have been more if we stayed for the whole night) if this was an ENTRY fee then why wasn’t we made aware of this upon ENTRY not EXIT! This unfortunately was the nail in the coffin that changed our night from an average one... to an awful one. We would have happily paid this upon entering the restaurant, but for it to be hidden from us until the end, well... I hate being ripped off"

We had such a fab night. It’s the staff that make you feel so welcome. They obviously love their job and the performers too. Very impressive, fun night. Well worth the each for the show, it goes on all night

we were in the Knut coloring for the second time. this time was much different and from this reason we can't give a good rating. we had to wait more than 20 minutes until we were able to order and wait for the drinks that we have waited for 15 minutes. scampi satt was set without information. we have asked several times for a new schal at a lot of employees, except a nice smile, nothing came. not even a start-up, why. also they showed went very far this time. the last brummet, but some could and should change. the doorstep makes in the late evening super cool and there is no need to respect the visitor some workers are completely overwhelmed. the classification of the tables is completely un...
