Ordered food at 18:00 and its now 20:00 and I haven't received anything. Rang 25 minutes ago and they said it was 2 minutes away. Totally unprofessional and had an attitude on the phone too. Disgrace.

Small portions, the undercooked pizza had been on a tilt in transport by the looks and therefore was half crushed. The chicken kebab was burnt and you could taste the cooking oil on the chips. Had to ring to ask where food was after two hours, but food did eventually arrive piping hot. Food: 2 Service: 2

Very hit and missy the food not consistent enough.chilli sauce totally different every time no salad with kebab vegetables raw on pizza. Kebab meat fresh and sliced nice last time this time old and thin and crispy. Completely wrong order delivered. Ordered a mixed kebab and had a pizza delivered instead. Rang the shop. Owner very rude. They came back and asked for the pizza back to deliver to another customer. We could have literally done anything to that pizza. We will be reporting to the council on Monday. We ordered food for 16 people for 6pm on Christmas Eve. The service from the staff was great from start to finish, (serving staff, delivery driver, everyone! , they worked with every request and helped out with any queries we had. We offered to pick the order up but they were more than accommodating with delivering it for us to ensure we had a lovely Christmas Eve! We couldn't thank the staff enough, I'm a regular customer at KYA Pizza and will definitely continue to be. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again!!
