"I have pre-booked sushi all-you-can-eat offer, together with a table for two. Service seems not to remember my name, but it's ok. Service was quick, friendly and helpful with pro-active attitude. All: sushi, soup and alcoholic drinks were extraordinarily good and fresh. The athmosphere was...quite relaxing and romantic. The decorations gave enough aesthetic pleasure. Together with a little bit boring, quiet, realxing music (not disturbing) the ambiance was ok. The best was food quality. I have never eaten such tasty sushi in Europe. What shall be improved is the guests greeting and the allocation to the tables."

A nice restaurant with super service, very good food at fair prices. It was rewarded for the second time.

Very nice sushi with a staff that is a tad awkward. Otherwise I do appreciate what you get for your money.

The soup was okay, I had better soup. Sushi looks really nice, but it wasn't so special for the taste. Staff friendly and helpful. On average nothing special Visualizza piatti

Were guests in Kyodai. And have not regretted our visit. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The dishes were all very appealing and above all it tasted very good. If we're back in Hamburg, there might be another visit.

A dream of Nepalese cuisine. Only recommended!!! Here Lenenenensfreude comes to the plate with very friendly service. Do not order for maximum enjoyment, but enjoy directly from the good kitchen in the restaurant. Don't worry: Enriched space available. We felt very comfortable

I wanted to book a table about a groupon voucher today, needed a table for three people (one person would have eaten a la carte). I was treated on the phone so unfriendly that I can't recommend this restaurant. if groupon customers are undesirable, the restaurant should not sell a groupon voucher. a person would have eaten a la carte regularly. I was really angry about the extremely unfriendly ton on the phone. Visualizza piatti

the sushi is very good, very fresh and beautifully dressed. There is a small soy-sesame seed salad and a champagne free on the house (whether that's what I don't know). the service is also very friendly and attentive. the location is unfortunately somewhat outdated, still has the charm of the previous steakhouse, but this is not so bad. it is still cozy and the most important is the quality of the food. ps: you can also order there, supply and pick up and such a good quality you rarely get delivered to home!

a voucher led us tonight to eppendorf ins restaurant kyodai. with low expectations, we went on to get surprised at the miso suppe positiw. the sushi served afterwards was also very delicious, fish, rice were of very good quality and the roll with duck, the best roll that my friend and I had ever had and led almost to a small fishing. the service was friendly and attentive, the ambiente cozy. we will certainly visit the kyodai again soon, even without a good impression, the butter-sweet abortion was simply the hammer!

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
