"We were there for the Easter dinner with 14 people. the brewery has very practical private rooms for large groups. The kitchen is correct even if you could wait more for lyon (and cheaper breweries exist well in the capital of the gaules). You can also ask yourself about the composition of the "special pacque" menu or do not appear a lamb but a poultry at the creme or a dorade. curious about a traditional restaurant. The service is the biggest black point: simply not up to the height. long waiting for aperitives, multiple command errors, with very junior servers returning constantly confirming the commands taken. Forget sauces for some dishes (the missing gribiche sauce for a velvet head... annoying), some desserts served 15 minutes after the first guests were served... in summary of large and multiple deficiencies. The brewery that is part of the bocuse group would be much more expected with such a blason and disappointment is only greater. I had a few years ago another expectable experience at the brewery the south apartment to the same bocuse group, and I wonder if the bocuse accole to the name is not only a pure marketing approach away from the ideals of perfection of the master."

This establishment no longer represents this large house at all that it was in the time of Mr. Bocuse. Too bad.

a welcome worthy of this name, increasingly rare elsewhere. What to say from the kitchen... from the classics made to perfection! Thank you for that moment.

very friendly setting, the dishes are good and the services and fast and efficient. the little less it is the card that lacks diversity but otherwise very good experience!

Well unfortunately a slightly disappointing Easter lunch. A brasserie, with brasserie dishes, service a step above a brasserie but unfortunately fairly neutral dishes for the price of a Michelin star. The desserts try, in vain, to raise the level. Tourists, like us, will try it once but will quickly look for a little more refinement elsewhere. A positive point for opening on a Monday.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
