"Herself swears we went here three years ago and loved it. I don't remember three years ago, but I love it now. It has an eclectic interior with half-hulls to full-sized wooden seagulls. The service is friendly and patient, and the food is exceptional (even for France). I had a roast goose that was tender and rich. My entreé was marinated salmon that had the texture of sashimi and a slightly smokey flavor. The desserts ranged from a baked apple tart with caramel drizzle and the violently vanilla ice cream the French love, to a sphere of chocolate melted by a shower of hot chocolate sauce revealing a scoop of sherbet"

Ce restaurant est un des meilleurs si ce n'est pas le meilleur restaurant poisson/ fruits de mer que j'ai fait. Vraiment excellent, vraiment frais, le chef se balade dans la salle et est disponible pour depiauter les crabes, homards, il a tjs un mot pour les enfants. Le service est très bien.Seul bémol pas de plat simple pour enfants.

Soirée très agréable à la Brigantine. Nous conseillons la cotriade (sorte de bouillabaisse bretonne) et la sole. Les desserts sont fous... J'ai pris le mille feuille framboise, bonne quantité et excellent.Un très bon Giennois blanc pour arroser tout ça... Parfait. Le service est aussi très agréable. Prix intermédiaire mais ça vaut le coup.

Situé dans le village de Carnac,ce restaurant vous accueille,avec le sourire et la bonne humeur.Décoration typique,cuisine fraiche et gourmande,avec les homards dans le vivier,présentés vivant,avant d'etres servis à la bretonne,imprégnés de beurre salé,un délice!Belle carte des vins,un peu léger en desserts.Excellente adresse,pour un diner souriant et gourmand.

L'accueil est charmant et le chef toujours de bon conseil avec humour. Nous avions prit un Homard, il est venu nous le présenter, nous a aidé pour le décortiquer. La cuisine est maison et très bonne ( peut-être un bémol sur les desserts qui ne m'ont pas convaincu) surtout pour les fruits de mer, mais leur poulet à la bretonne est lui aussi très bon. Une très bonne adresse.
