"The menu is really delicious, my wife and I have chosen... Entrance: Melun cramps with beggars and its mix of young shoots, really pleasant to the eye and especially very good in taste. First by cutting it, we discovered the founding part of Melun's strain, then the firmer and crunchy heart of the different nuts. In the flat, my wife chose the lamb shoulder of 7 hours, the butter pulp with lemon jam. It was really to her taste, the meat was cooked to desire (I assure you that she could have left a knife) and wonderfully married to the bercail with the lemon confit what softened the lamb. My choice is for the tree risotto with Saint Jacques nuts it was DE LIKE! Then the chocolate pour the heart for my wife and creamy lemon with citrus. It was not the first time we had lunch, the frame (in the vaulted cellar) is really comfortable, the decoration very pleasant with various quotations. For the kitchen, you guess we really like, like the service. We recommend this address to our surroundings"
