"La CAVE: Quaint, elegant, and classy. My definition of an excellent restaurant is exceptional service, terrific food, and a clean atmosphere. La CAVA had them all- and more. We were significantly early for our reservation, as our last Castle tour was completely quicker than anticipated. We took a chance at an earlier entry and we were warmly welcomed by Martial and his colleague, an elegant Madame whose name I wished I had known. They pleasantly prepared my Remy Martin mixed drink while meticulously creating a work of art for my wife and friends. We were then seated in a cozy corner of this elegant “cave”, while being served delicious appetizers that we didn’t even expect. Fresh trout and scrumptious rib meat preceded our meal. What a surprise !! Our wait staff explained the ALL FRENCH menu in great detail and knowledge. We all had the TBONE steaks which came out on time, perfectly cooked, and carefully garnished. The accompanying potatoes were prepared with zesty seasonings. Some of us partook of local wine which showed remarkable bouquet. Again, Martial provided exceptional service with his associates. Every request was met with a smile. Dessert and coffees were the same. Creative and mouth- watering were pervasive themes. In summary, if you want an experience like no other-a feeling like you’re in Paris, but with a country feeling , please try this once in a lifetime ‘cave dining’ experience."

Génialissime. Le concept est vraiment sympa, nous reviendrons. Nous partagerons cette découverte avec des amis. Ne changez surtout rien ! Nous avons fait confiance à la cuisine et opté pour le menu découverte à 55€. Topissimme!

Repas entre amis, un samedi soir, excellent lieu et très beau cadre repas de qualité avec un service de qualité. Nous avons été servi rapidement et comme il faut. Manque peut-être de choix au niveau des bières pression. C’est quand même un repère des bons vivants, dommage qu’il y ait deux choix de grandes marques connues, on pourrait y trouver des bières locales, ce qui serait plus intéressant. Aucun café gourmand en dessert, ce qui pourrait être un point à améliorer. Il y a un seul rhum arrangé qui est d’ailleurs excellent, mais je pense qu’il pourrait y en avoir d’autres. et sinon, nous sommes très satisfait de ce repas entre amis .
