"Hemos compartido un almuerzo en familia en esta tasquita de Güímar y sólo puedo decir que ha sido una maravilla. Comenzando por el servicio atento y súper eficiente, continuando por el establecimiento en una casa en el centro del pueblo con una terraza muy coqueta y finalizando por lo principal: unos platos bien presentados y calidad del producto. Buena carta de vinos y postres caseros deliciosos (a destacar el príncipe Alberto y el polvito uruguayo). Quizás faltaría añadir a la carta algunos platos de pescado, pero nada empaña la experiencia. Calidad-precio ajustada. Gracias equipo del Rincón de Tara porque nos habéis hecho sentir muy a gusto."

"My wife and I had dinner here last night. She had the scallop to start and the Salmon loin for mains. She liked the scallop although it had a lot of white sauce for only one scallop. Salmon was cooked well, as were the vegetables. I had the excellent potato croquettes (light, creamy and formed into perfect orbs) to start and the pork loin for main, which was very slightly overdone, and quite large compared to the amount of vegetables (pictured). Sauteed potatoes were cooked perfectly, as were the rest of the seasonal vegetables. These two courses with a bottle of sparkling water came to €45, including service. The restaurant was full by the time wed sat down at around 7pm, so probably best to book if on a weekend as the hotel guests probably eat here regularly. Good if not totally spectacular food, but lovely old world feeling in a very rustic and old building, which felt like a classic Mediterranean banquet hall."

"I have eaten pizza in many places, in many cities, and the mascales stand out. I'm not gonna say it's the best pizza I remember, but almost, and keep up. Despite the success they have not changed the original model (small establishment, treatment immersed in the mass and the products) and that is remarkable. has a sense of eating homemade pizza, made with every cousin. It is a luxury for the little puertito de güímar to have the best pizzeria de canarias."

"We went to take a brunch and see the farm. the attention was great, the site is beautiful with beautiful views. They have animals and the visit to them is very fun. The accompanying Lord does it with much love and takes his time to comment and teach us everything. You see he enjoys what he does. my negative point is the brunch that leaves enough to want. food is not bad, but compared to others it is a little scarce, a lot of drink but hot, they serve almost everything together, so it cools the heat and warms the cold. There was only another table, so it wasn't for the excess of people or work. Another negative point is that the tables were in the sun that bothered a lot and oted was drowned, although we commented, we were not given the option to put an awning or roll the table. I think there are things that are better for you to end up being a star place, because of course the place deserves it."

"Do something different, take your car and ride out here. It's worth the drive. The place really doesn't look like much, and the location doesn't help but you don't come here for a romantic dinner. You come here for real home cooked food. Dishes are huge. The boss is your waiter and his wife your cook. Let him suggest. You won't regret. Asturias is a Spanish region with great culture and a proud people. Hot chorizo is a great starter, the rice pudding a great end. Expect to gain wait, even though it's not overly fat."
