I thought it was a great professional. the croquettes were very good, the scramble of the divine slaughter, the sublime lamb, and desserts to die of happiness directly. a cheesecake like I've never tasted fabulous, and a fabulous cookie cake with the lightness and texture of a tiramisu. a pleasure for the senses.
