La crepe era o preparata in anticipo al mattino, oppure preconfezionata.Il fatto sta che non era fatto al momento e quindi è stata riscaldata sulla piastra con il ripieno e il cuoco che schiacciava le crepe con la paletta. It was probably the slightly Gaugin-esque aesthetic that drew us into this little cavern of a creperie in St Germain - lots of undulating shapes and mosaics in fresh blues. The galettes were very nice. We were looking for quite a light meal after gastronomic blow-outs on the previou days of the holiday and these delivered. Perhaps the portions are not as big as you might find in other creperies but they were tasty with lots of choice. Of course we had to stay for a sweet crepe and these were delicious. I particularly recommend the Flamenco - apricots and Grand Marnier. Lovely.

Venus en famille nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre (juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de musique).Les crêpes étaient bonnes et les tarifs étaient normaux. Le service a été très rapide et le personnel était toujours agréable malgré l'affluence.Seul bémol sur l'hygiène: nos 4 verres étaient sales (mauvaise qualité de céramique peut être), nous n'avons donc pas bu. Avant l'arrivée de la serveuse le patron préparait les crêpes avec les mains après avoir rendu la monnaie. Enfin, malgré le froid extérieur la porte et les immenses fenêtres étaient toutes ouvertes, pas agréable de déjeuner avec le manteau.
