"I've been to Madrid twice, each time for one week, and love sharing tapas. La Ermita del Pintxo was the best Spanish food that I've had! Start with Pintxo of tortilla de patata, followed Idiazabal cheese tempura , smoked salmon salad with mango, grilled tuna with vegetables, and grilled beef tenderloin with potato confit. The food is delicious , service is attentive and fast, and there is outdoor seating as well as a beautiful interior. We loved every bite. I would eat here everyday :"

We stopped by for dinner. The restaurant looked decent, but not fancy. The tapas were surprisingly tasty, we enjoyed each meal.

The food was okay. Could have been good if my sirloin was medium as I asked instead of medium rare. The waiter was helpful. Place was deserted at 10, I thought Spaniards have late dinners.

The waiters are very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is located on a great street. The food is delicious and well priced. I go there often for a quick meal and small snack. I would strongly recommend this place.

Comida súper rica. el personal muy amable. las costillas son de muerte. precio de calidad muy bien. Eso va a venir una vez al mes porque es mucha grasa para el cuerpo. Pero de vez en cuando, tienes que ignorar la grasa y vivir que son dos días.

I tend to come here for breakfast because the pintxo de tortilla and coffee is both tasty and a great value. Instead I brought some visiting friends for dinner and we had amazing food. The service is good but not great, but every dish I have tried has been really enjoyable.

We dropped into La Ermita del Pintxo for drinks before dinner. We found the service to be excellent the waiter was very friendly helpful. We enjoyed our short stop would recommend it for tapas drinks. It’s located on busy Principle de Vergara with a few outdoor tables. The decor is average but the friendly service tapas make up for any inadequacies.
