"I was in the hotel next to la fattoria'. I ate in the restaurant at the first night of my stay and can report a standard food experience, but an rude and consciously more difficult waiter who claimed not to speak English (but clearly...may see below). they are in the customer service industry, where customers are quite expecting, honesty of the people they buy food from. if they can't speak English, no problem, but don't lie about it. my second experience was later in my stay. there is an outdoor area between the hotel and the restaurant with tables and chairs. not to know who owned the tables (and how it was connected to and directly outside the hotel), I bought a beer from the sales machine in the hotel and sat outside with some colleagues (which had bought drinks from the restaurant). second later I was confronted by two waiters who scream very aggressively to get out of their table (in good English). everything it would have taken was a discrete word to say I'm sorry that you can't drink beer that was bought in this hotel. no damage, etc. instead they chose to embarrass all with completely unnecessary and unproven aggression. Of course, my colleagues were totally shocked, paid and abandoned without eating dinner in the restaurant. make you please and avoid this restaurant and its secrets"

A nice Italian restaurant. Friendly employees. The food is good, but most of it is not vegan (very little choice of dishes for vegans only one or two).

reservation has worked well, eating was super, fast and friendly working! to the conclusion there was another grappa to the house absolutely recommended, we come back!

stay in the hotel next to februar and ate here at our first night. that was delicious and everything was so fresh. the decor was wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful very recommend a visit here

unfortunately the service u eating was not satisfactory. he had forgotten the order. mundaymenue was not correct. instead of spiral noodles, there were tube noodles with jlachs that you had to look for.

I've been visiting this restaurant for more than years. pizza and pastness are well prepared and delicious. meat is also very good. during the summer they can sit outside in a beer garden. a really nice atmosphere and friendly...saff when they visit the shopping center that closed, it is too walking distance.

We stay often at the hotel next door but only visited the restaurant this last occasion with Aunt. It is a regular for her so she was keen we try it. Service is great, food traditionally Italian, perfectly cooked and very reasonably priced. The decor...is quaint. Definitely visit La Fattoria if you get a chance. We'll returning next time we are in Berlin.
