Small restaurant was a nice addition to our stay in Dinan! Food was excellent and staff very friendly, definitely would come back when I came back. The small menu with food quality really liked perfectly.

We have visited Dinan many times and not been able to get into the Le Fleur de Sel.This time we were lucky. However we did not expect to wait 25 mins to even be given the menu or asked if we would like an aperitif. This is so unusual, having finally ordered the food was excellent although the service was still slow.

The food was really interesting, beautifully presented and the desserts wow! We had the apple dessert so innovative and tasty. The only reason it didn't get a full 5* review is that to get a drink, it took 25 minutes from sitting. Apart from that, the service was good. Would recommend only this restaurant. FYI dress seems pretty casual

Il menu' offre un po' di tutto . Noi abbiamo optato per quello fisso a 30 euro che comprendeva un antipasto, un secondo e dolce o formaggi. Ci hanno servito subito un antipastino per ingannare it tempo ed una zuppetta fredda di rapa rossa sublime. Le portate erano buone , generose e ben presentate. Da provare. Una bottiglia di sidro da 14.50 euro e voilà. . Il conto non ha riservato sorprese. Sul tavolo troverete anche un libricino con battutte e frasi spiritose... un tocco di raffinatezza in più da un luogo dove sembra che ci sia cultura del cibo.
