Hello. the meal was from the entrance to the dessert a real treat. the crunchy at the feet of pork was a delight as well as the veal kidneys. The combination of meats with celery purée is perfect. the onion tatin with the camenbert sauce was also another treat for my husband. Our taste buds were delighted to find their tasteful sensations after almost two years without a real gourmet restaurant.
