"A dream come true... The Grenouillère is part of these places with an extraordinary identity, where the immense work translates into an immense pleasure. Each detail is thought to defend the history of this house and territory, slowly bringing it into a brilliant modernity and a style poetry. We loved everything this weekend, from the Combles room to breakfast, to a dinner in front of the kitchen, balanced in quantities, gestures, words, associations. Alexandre Gauthier and his team know how to do everything, from the first to the last bite the art of the table is here perfectly understood and that of hospitality as well. Do not wait for the useless and superficial fioritures of large hotels or palaces, here the accent is sincere and almost modest, in a village of 150 inhabitants where the magic of a man embarks a whole team in a simple quest: giving happiness to those who push his door. PS: Thank you very much to Arthur for driving us to Etaples, we loved this attention."
