Great place for a pancake. The future French King, Henri IV, used to meet up with his mistress in the vicinity… That doesn’t alter the taste but makes up for whatever you expect to find and isn’t in the recipe. Visualizza piatti

We have done a meal of cakes, the ingredients are very good but careful, the cake by itself is too dry, it cracks while it should be mellow. The service is perfect, in accordance with the customer's request. improve your dough and everything will be fine!

We had already come and were very satisfied. again, everything was perfect. nice welcome. we even took advantage of the heated terrace for lunch. The tapas-style galettes in aperitif were original and tasteful. Our salted cakes were perfect. We've had a lot of fun. It's a very good address to eymet.

We came back after our first visit in July 2023 and ordered almost the same selection again. Whilst the wait is a bit long, it’s worth it for these amazingly delicious galettes that this wonderful little restaurant consistently serves (yes consistent 14 months later after first time round! . The staff were so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend ‘le forestière’ galette as the mushrooms are to die for. If you don’t like mushrooms, try any one of their excellent trout (truite galettes my 9 year old wolfed every crumb.
