This was a delightful treat. Restaurant is within spa/hotel but open to non residents. Not cheap but the meal was delightful. Carefully balanced combinations, beautifully presented, and a few little extras thrown in. Staff lovely. Only criticism was there were only two choices for each of the main courses.

Splendide Découverte. Adorer Entree Carpaccio omble. Avec son sorbet concombre. Et ce sorbet. C'est une dinguerie Plat Agneau du pré salé. Purée patate douce. Aster. Cuisson et présentation parfaite. C'était divin Pré dessert Un mariage ananas sucre de coco et sorbet framboise. Une Découverte. Un mariage détonnant. Chapeau Dessert Pavlova fraise hibiscus Superbe.
