For me it's a bit salty as they have marinated the chicken so well, with extra teriyaki sauce made it a bit over-seasoned, don't get me wrong, I loved it My husband ordered the chicken combo curry, which has chicken karaage and Japanese curry, with soft boiled egg on top, my husband also very satisfied with his choice, I tried the original chicken karaage and it was very tasty, it was the best karaage I have tried in London They served the multigrain rice which got the extra marks I am Asian and travelled to Japan for many times, it's really authentic and delicious."

I had a nice dinner here in lagu. the udon katsu curry was fantastic and the local cafe style culture made our dinner relaxed and low key. will definitely be my friends here again in the future

Quiet little place serving simple but quality Japanese dishes. Especially love the karaage huge tender pieces bursting with flavours, no thick deceiving layers of batter. They unfortunately ran out of sashimi which was a shame though!

Booked a table for and arrived to find the restaurant closed. It said on this website and Lagu Facebook page that the restaurant was open. Nobody bothered to contact us to tell us otherwise. A complete disappointment and wasted trip from the other side of London. No joke with a child at lunch time!

oh my god, it's like a whole different world in the inner. so peaceful and quiet, I feel like having a vacation with not one care in the world. time seems to slow down and they can really enjoy eating is irritating and honest, I am a little upset that they stopped the lunch when I was going back recently, but the curry is still great. a great lunch experience. great for all occasions!
