"Wow… fränkische Küche in nobel. Nach dem Baden in den Bad Staffelsteiner Thermen haben wir im Eingangsbereich von der Neueröffnung der Salzstube gelesen und hatten aber keine Zeit dort einzukehren. Heute am 02.04.2017 kamen wir dazu und waren begeistert. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Wir gaben die Bestellung für das Essen ab und warteten nicht allzu lange, vielleicht 15 Minuten, dann kamen auch schon die tollen Teller. Ja das Geschirr ist wirklich erwähnenswert, denn sowas sieht man nur selten. Wir hatten große quadratische und die „Nachbarn“ bekamen längliches Porzellan, echt schick. Der Salat sah gut aus, hatte ein ausgewogenes Dressing und verschiedene Körner mit drauf. Einfach Klasse. Unser Fleisch war gut durch und schön zart, die Beilagen frisch, die Soßen passend. Absolut stimmig - richtig tolle Küche mit schöner Präsentation.Selbstgemachte Kuchen gab es auch, die Käsesahne war etwas besonders, aber nicht so richtig unser Fall. Achtet auf die Specials, die es täglich gibt. Z.B. gib es am Sonntag Schweinshaxe inkl. Weizenbier für unschlagbare 9,90 Euro.Übrigens saßen wir im Biergarten, der Metallstühle und Tische hat. Parkplätze sind vorm Haus bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastraum im Keller ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es gibt Hochstühle für Kleinkinder. Wir können die Salzstube nur wärmstens empfehlen."

"Wir haben hier nach einem Aufenthalt in der Therme zu Abend gegessen. Muss voraus schicken, dass ich einige Jahre in Italien gelebt habe und somit vom italienischen Essen verwöhnt bin. Ich dachte, gut bei den heißen Temperaturen was leichtes. Als ich dann auf der Speisekarte Saltimbocca gelesen habe, habe ich mich gefreut. Nachdem ich b die Zutaten gelesen habe, hab ich davon Abstand genommen. Schließlich haben wir uns für den Chefsalat entschieden und anschließend eine Pizza. Der Chefsalat wäre besser gewesen wenn er mit Essig und Olivenöl angemacht wäre statt mit dem Fertigdressing.Von der Pizza tropfte das Öl, so dass wir sie nicht aufessen kinnten. Mi dispiace ma una volta e non di più"

"we visited our former home again. the locals only recently opened and it was recommended several times that we should visit this and that without reservation it is difficult to get in place. since we were several people, I was asked about the Facebook page and also confirmed the reservation within a short time. we were very kindly greeted and accompanied to our table. the menu offers a pleasant selection of Greek food after appropriate time our orderings included. while the drinks and eating served, it was already necessary to remember that the service forces should work even better. not every guest sees this as loose as we when the service does not know who gets eat or drink at the table. other when appetizer and net is served together. the personal has also been offered several times for retraining and repair. it is always shown that they can easily iron out as here with simple small errors. I'm sure it works smoothly in a few weeks. the food served were all very plentiful and were praised by everyone at the table. the prices are for bad personalelstein in the lower middle area. dorfplatte 11,90 € nikoteller 14,50 € apfelschorrle spezi, water large 2,50 € it will probably take a time until I return to bad personalelstein, but then I will visit the local again"

"After we are in peace now, it was possible that this year we visit our Franconian home for our christmas and our silvester for the first time. we need to visit the city tower. it was not so easy to get a place as some Christmas celebrations were registered, but the friendly service has still found a gap for us, so only until the arrival of the last celebration, but the time was easy for us. if the opportunity offers a crispy Franconian alcohol, it must of course be used, because at and here in the north there is no such thing over. as in France was in the regular crispy roasted and very delicate, and delicious. my wife had a teller with half cheese late zle and half salt with cute stripes. as an appetizer we enjoyed a leberknödel suppe, the leber knödel itself served hot in a strong brew. I can recommend it to everyone on site, but especially in the season I recommend booking."
