"I can't say anything about the ambience because we were able to enjoy the catering on a birthday. All the dishes were super delicious...I particularly enjoyed a salad, I have no idea what it was...it tasted a little like tomato blognese. It was nice that there were snacks for vegetarians and meat eaters. Since the Siedlerklause also stepped in at short notice, a very big recommendation! Food: 5 Service: 5"

"An einem schönen Sommerabend haben wir in dem Restaurant reserviert. Leider dürften wir nicht draußen sitzen, obwohl genügend Tische frei waren, angeblich reserviert. Nach ca. einer Stunde haben wir nachgefragt, wie lange es noch dauert. Daraufhin rastete der Chef aus: "Darauf habe er gerade noch gewartet." Wir mussten ihn beruhigen, aber die Stimmung war dahin.Obwohl die angeblich reservierten Plätze frei blieben beklagte er sich über die viele Arbeit.Er hatte allerdings kurze Zeit später genug Zeit im Nachbarlokal das Fußballspiel anzuschauen."

"Ordered via Lieferando. Note added (without onions, etc... . Apparently they can't see them. Accordingly, the pizza was delivered incorrectly. Another pizza had a fly baked into it. Very unsavory, but we looked past it and removed it. We then called again and reported the information about the wrong pizza being delivered. We were then told the above information that the comment could not be viewed. We were offered to deliver a new pizza (which we had to pay for . Since we were hungry, we agreed. But we thought it was pretty cheeky to pay for another pizza even though the other one was ordered differently. We were told it would take 30 minutes. 4 minutes later we called again and said it would take 15 minutes. Well, we were happy that it didn't take that long. After waiting an hour after this call, we called them and said that we no longer wanted pizza (by the way, according to their statement, it would have taken another 15 minutes . It's really absurd to make a customer pay again for a replacement for an incorrectly delivered pizza and it's even more cheeky to call the customer back again and say it won't take that long, but then still after an hour not to show up. NEVER AGAIN ! And for that you don't even have to complain about the baked-in insect..."

"I ate here with a working mate and my cell phone battery died. I asked the team if my phone could be billed for 5 minutes to order a taxi (I had my own cable), and the waiter team / a cocky receptionist, and especially the barman, told me that it was not possible that she could not charge the phone at all. Only the foreign guys in the kitchen came later to me and offered to load the phone very friendly after they saw that. What a great kitchen team, and what a pathetic team of waiters and Barmann I thought. As an entrepreneur myself I found this very bad service, I would talk to these employees. I wanted to come with workmates regularly, we're going somewhere else."
