The food was good too. Their schnibbel-bohnen (greenbeans and onions) coupled with their really good bratkartoffelen were great sides to the bratwurst. Nice location and nice servers.

Wir waren zufrieden mit Essen und Getränken, gut, die Auswahl mag begrenzt sein, aber in welchem Biergarten gibt es kulinarischen Luxus? Unsere Schnitzel haben jedenfalls geschmeckt und das Personal war sehr freundlich, was an Sonntag Nachmittagen auch nicht überall der Fall ist.

Nach langer Wartezeit bekammen wir unser Essen (ca. 45 min)Der Matjes war lecker und frisch allerdings mit nur 1 1/2 Matjes sehr sehr klein.Die Bratkartoffeln waren leider nicht braun, und die Pommes langweilig Fabrikware.Also Fazit, kann man machen muss man aber nicht. Located at old and charming village that was born from a little commercial port from twelve century, in Rhino island where is a peninsula. Located at 20 km from Cologne, surrounded by two beautiful lakes, where you can rent boats. There's a great park named Groov, the entertainment of the residents with beautiful Biergarten and restaurants. Great to go hiking and ride a bicycle. They has a monument in tribute to the men killed in the war where has the names of some residents that fought. Founded in twelve century they keep the St. Michel church well preserved.Have some local Cologne beer and snacks for fast day out.

we came here on 23.07.2017 the outer was appealing. but unfortunately this was extremely burdensome by others. the service was rude and snippy. we ordered to eat: semmelknödel with pfifferlingen and an salat with pfifferlingen and in-house dressing. in the pfifferlings with semmelknödel, the mushrooms were not fed with wimpers) in a flour pampen soße is not at all) and the salad was served in an aqueous dressing, for this also without broth, both almost untwung. the price exorbitant, which eat almost 14€. then another: the hanging esstic showed some orthographic errors. rarely eaten so bad and expensive. conclusion: this restaurant does not see us again!

Die Lage am Rhein ist eigentlich unschlagbar, der ideale Treffpunkt für Freunde und Familien. Doch wenn man die Speisekarten, auch der umliegenden "Gaststätten" liest, fühlt man sich in die 70er bis 90er Jahre versetzt. Schnitzel, Sülze, Rouladen, Steak ...Die Speisekarte im jetzt so genannten "Landhaus Zündorf" ist übersichtlich und langweilig. Eigentlich hat mich nichts gereizt, nur der Hunger war da. Es gab eine Spargelkarte, ok. Dann Champignons, Matjes, Sülze, Schnitzel, Salat, sogar eine Haxe und Rouladen (wie frisch können diese sein???).Ich entschied mich für den Käse-Wurstsalat, kölsche Art.
