Had a lovely afternoon tea yesterday. Was gorgeous. Plenty of sandwiches and sweet treats. The chocolate strawberries were a hit. Would thoroughly recommend Dobbins.

Just spent 2 nights in this lovely old inn and couldn't fault it. The staff were lovely as was the breakfast.It has charm and character you don't get in the modern hotels. Was my first time back to Carrick after 43 years and would definitely stay at Dobbins in the future.

We enjoyed a really nice lunch in Dobbin's, just in the bar area. We both chose off the specials menu, beef and bird, and steak and ribs. Both costing £15.95. This felt like good value to me. The ribs were tender and tasty, the bone simply falling out cleanly. The steak was delicious! Cooked perfectly! I'll definitely go back.

the personal is so friendly that they feel very welcome. the hotel is immaculate. the meals are really delicious well cooked and presented. very generous portions at very reasonable cost. it would recommend to everyone to join for a meal. the personal is fast and very pleasant. the meals are served quickly and the eating is hot.

so a great, welcoming, friendly, all-round pleasant hotel to visit. with everything from great eating, great entertainment very helpful staff. always a pleasure to visit dobbins gas house, not disappointed. try for dinner or just a few drinks a bit craic. regular entertainment on Friday evenings! exclusive overnight offers included in meals!

stay in 6th januar 2018, room 23 and room 28. the personal is really friendly, the rooms are immaculate, the meal in the restaurant was error-free not getting in the regular a meal now at such a good price then be so beautiful from beginning to end it was great, the breakfast in the morning was also just as good to talk about it already, in the summer for another wee night to get away..
