"Our second visit this year but the first for 7 months. This restaurant is a little gem. Eccentrically furnished and decorated the restaurant perfectly mirrors the personalities of its two French owners. The service is friendly and charming. The set lunch at 20 euros is always extremely tasty and interesting. When my wife and I went on a Tuesday lunchtime we started with mozzarella with cucumber (much much tastier than it sounds), lasagne with a spaghetti of raw vegetables and an utterly delicious desert of liquidized melon and strawberries. We washed it all down with an organic red Languedoc (Villa Symposia) which was wonderful. Since we were here last the choice of wines has increased and most of the wines are organic. Also, highly recommended, are the Garancille wines from nearby Segonzac. We left with a feeling of extreme well-being. That might have been the wine’s fault but I like to think that the atmosphere in this place is so special that it does you he world of good!Remember there is no choice at lunchtime. What is on offer is posted outside the front door of the restaurant. If I have any recommendation to give it is that you take a punt and go for it!Would I go again? Most definitely."

I have to say I have never eaten here but my wife has 3 or 4 times with her friends and she raves about the quality of the food and the service. You must book to get a seat though and the menu is very limited to a choice of 2 coutrses due to everything being bought and cooked fresh from the market opposite

Quand on rentre, on est de suite frappé par la déco soignée du lieu.Un savant assemblage de tables, chaises, vaisselle... dépareillées, d'époques et styles différents et qui participent pleinement de la personnalité de ce lieu.Un cuisine de très bonne qualité. Uniquement du frais pour un menu unique. L'accueil par ses deux hôtesses y est chaleureux.Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !

Accueil convival, salle atypique et curieuse dans le bon sens, athmosphere chaleureuse....passons au repas ...entree sympa faite de petits morceaux d avocats noisettes betterave rouge salade verte...plat cabillaud vapeur accompagné d un medaillon de riz, petits pois et sauce blanche et une asperge verte. dessert compote pomme rubharbe, meringue et 2 tranches de fraises...le tout accompagné des jolis sourires du personnel feminin...je recommande

Le lieu est plein de charme, avec une déco "brocante" parfaite. Le service est génial, les restauratrices sont drôles et bienveillantes. Un point d'honneur est mis à servir des produits de qualité (locaux, de saison), cuisinés avec une pointe de folie et d'originalité, tout en restant dans une forme de simplicité sans chichis. Attention, c'est ouvert le midi (et le vendredi soir) et c'est menu unique, mais qui change tous les jours ! Super sympa !

We happened upon this boutique restaurant through a recommendation of a local wine store proprietor and what a gem it is! Unique menu, great flavors in all the dishes, more than reasonable in price, obviously loved by locals (who were there in great numbers on a sleepy, rainy Monday for lunch). The interior is delightfully appointed with a melange of color and sweetly mismatched hanging lamps and table decorations. Owned and run by a couple of amazingly energetic young women who love food! Bravo!

The picture of the interior of this restaurant does not do it justice. The interior is very Bohemian. Large clocks and unframed oils adorn the walls. None of the crockery matches. At lunch there is absolutely no choice. Three courses (whatever is best fresh in the covered market that morning) at 20 euros, less if you want fewer courses. There is no wine list. There seems to be a choice of either bio or non bio red, white or rose!We tried a glass of each of the reds and both were more than acceptable. The food was extremely good in decent portions.This is not a restaurant for those who pick and sniff at their food. Be adventurous and try this place. If you like food you will like this restaur...
