"Good morning, I went to this establishment several times last week during the festival. My family and I sat on the terrace overlooking the street. A waiter named Lucas, new to the establishment, according to him, took care of us. He welcomed us with a smile and great professionalism! A very good meal followed and no waiting was contacted. The waiter has a lot of humor and makes the visit very pleasant. I recommend being served by this server. We returned Monday evening unfortunately our server, if I may say so, was not present. On the other hand, the server who occupied his position has nothing to do with it. The service was not very pleasant and the wait was felt. See you soon"

Nice welcome. Despite a full room we found a place and we were served quickly. Flip burgers were hearty (2 chopped steaks! and the wrap very good. We've been enjoying ourselves.

Really good quality cafe/restaurant with an excellent menu located at one corner of the square at the centre of cognac.Reasonably priced quality daily set menu. Loved it......can get busy so go early be my advice. Only snag was I had to ask for cutlery as we were provided none, very busy that day obviously.

I discovered the globe a few weeks ago, with my friends we have a waiter called Lucas, I have rarely had to deal with such a smiling, polite and funny waiter. But it's already been a week since I last saw him, I used to come almost every day and he takes care of serving my group of friends and me. I hope to see him again because we used to come to be served by this Lucas. I hope to see him again very soon. I really like this place! I recommend it to everyone around me.
