The welcome of the patronage was warm. the restaurant is quiet with a beautiful background music. the service was perfect with a server that said very well the dishes made in the kitchen. and the kitchen, let's talk in...A refined cuisine, a pure pleasure with a perfectly mastered kitchen for meat, fish or vegetables as well as perfect seasonings. the products are fresh and well chosen and the dresses are beautiful. a special mention to home foie gras that is a pure pleasure that the restaurant sells to take away, so we took it as well as the chef's terrine to make our children taste. So, a advice, if you like refined cuisine, with a undoubtedly passionate chef and a high level as well as a professional team and the little care of their guests, go there you will not regret it. "we booked this hotel for a Sunday to Monday. we booked the room with a cook special menu for two. we booked the room for children) at the arrival no one was there, but the key was ready at the entrance. when we arrived in our room, it was easy what is good, but full of flying. dozens. the double bed on my side was sleepy, so I didn't sleep well, but the worst for us was dinner or missing. it turns out that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and the dinner was served in our room this was unexpected (although it was in the fine print the restaurant was closed, my mistake), far too late for my children and we were on the street all day and only for two people. we canceled the dinner. the owner was very friendly and apologetic, even tried to pull the diner forward, but we were too disappointed and tired we chose this hotel before the arrival especially for the restaurant and the authentic building. I think the hotel would have reached us in the evening when we made the reservation, but maybe only I can definitely wait some maintenance, but it's nice breakfast was in order everything in everything we were not satisfied, and that's really too bad because I think the potential is there."

"we were immediately greeted by a very friendly server that spoke English and menus were given in English with some curious interpretations. the room was decorated in an eclectic way. partly in our dinner, a relatiw loud group of five men sat on the adjacent table. they were loud enough that we had difficulty hearing about the noise. the amuse bouches were unimaginatiw: a crispy cracker and a disc salami between two somewhat stale pieces brot. the escaped kept promise. we had the foie gras with coward and an accompanying little salate, and it was very good. the souris d’agneau was a great disappointment. it was served with two large carrots and a very small carrot. the lamb was essentially raw in the middle. gigot d’agneau and chops are so great, but souris? I may be spoiled, but if we had souris d’agneau elsewhere, it was always very well cooked. desserts were just fine. relatiw expensive."

"The price which is really very excessive in relation to the service and when we compare to our second hotel this weekend. Breakfast was disappointing especially as we thought it was included, there were not many of us but there was a lot of noise. The shower was dirty and we had no hot water the evening we arrived. The reception was closed so we could not ask for help. I would like to share with you some thoughts about my recent stay at your establishment. First of all, the communication around breakfast left us confused, as we had initially understood that it was included, but discovered that it was not, resulting in unexpected charges especially which we would have preferred go elsewhere for the same price. Furthermore, I was disturbed by the noise level coming from the room above mine, in particular the footsteps which were quite pronounced. Additionally, the heating in my room was excessive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Finally, the situation where hot water was no longer available in the evening was an additional inconvenience. I understand that every establishment may encounter challenges, but I hope this feedback can contribute to the continued improvement of your service. Clearer communication about additional charges, measures to mitigate noise and adjustments in the management of heating and hot water could significantly improve the customer experience. Rooms: The bed is good even if it is 2 small beds pushed together. However the shower was dirty. Nearby activities: The city is a few minutes by car, like other hotels with better value for money. Walkability: The castle is along a departmental road, I don't think it is very accessible on foot from the town Food drinks: Breakfast was not very generous. The pastries were burnt.
