very interesting at the level of dishes and flavors. the wines were also connected to the flavors of the dishes. There's only the dessert I didn't join, but no matter what the rest is. the place is atypical and very pleasant because quite original.

From the entrance to the dessert, we really loved everything. tested for a birthday party at home, we were seduced. tastes first, in originality and perfectly mastered. but above all, the service to be carried keeps all its promises. Bravo and thank you!

The menu and food are excellent: The local speciality cabbage stuffed with foie gras is very unusual (never seen anywhere else) The wines were also very good For me the service was a little too relaxed since it took 3 hours to enjoy the meal 1 Michelin star and worth it

First, we must emphasize the pleasant and carefree reception that is reserved for us, especially by the director of the institution, passionate, who takes the time to exchange with its customers. for the meal, simply no false note. each stage of the meal is interspersed with a mouth-watering, all as tasty as each other. dishes go against the imaginary of gourmet restaurants. at the Auberge, you will eat at your hunger and for an excellent value for money!

My companion and I have dinner tonight at the eggplant. It's probably not the last. a magnificent setting, a discreet and quality service. I don't know what to say about the kitchen. a harmonious blend of textures, flavors and colors, which took us on a gourmet journey and appreciated our eyes and taste buds. bravo to the whole team for this performance, and special mention to the stuffed cabbage, which transforms a popular cooking dish in a refined and exquisite.

A warm and nice welcome, a high professional staff, very carefull and taking care of customers. High level of dishes, prepared with a high refinement, french caviar, foie gras scalop, tuffles are delicious, well chosen and prepared. Everything has been perfect from starter to coffee regarding cooking, service and wines recommandation. Sole point to improve is related to bottle champaign proposed with the dinner (It was St Valentine dinner), no taste at all. Price is of course adapted to the level of meals and wines served, but it is reasonable regarding the level and refinement.
