I recommend the tuna that is in my sublime sense. Do not miss this dish to absolutely test the perfect cooking mellow and tasty.

The beef on the square is a must-have address for me when I go by the boat. dishes are of quality, rich and refined. the service is attentive and the restful decor.

a good address with various products, only small flat, we have been tempted by the suggestions the prices that are of my view very high considering the plate at the finish but it remains good. We had a good time.

kitchen made from fresh products. actually, given the return trips to unload in the morning...Each dish is presented and prepared in an original way. ue map of sufficient wines that allows a reasonable choice. I'm going back.

What matters is in the plate. fresh and quality products. Just cooked as you need. On the welcome, nothing to say, we're home. in warm winter and summer in the back, in closed terrace. the top! in my eyes one of the best addresses on pessac!

Tale was booked by our children as a gift, only mins walk from Chateau Pape Clément...We decided on the Coté de boeuf os a la moelle....Which freely translates as Prime rib beef on the bone with a length of leg bone cut in...half length ways so as to reach the marrow....The flavour of the meat marrow was to die for ! along with the jou....I had my partners marrowbone as she did not fancy the idea !.....I now know why the French steal all the marrow bones from the dish whenever we are having a large get together.. a stew is on the menu...my only complaint is that the table water was very warm, the staff were very friendly service good, would recommend to anyone. As it was a lovely warm evenin...

this restaurant in the center of pessac is held with great seriousness by his boss Bruno-Paul and the whole team. The service is irreproachable, the many waitresses are at your small care and the boss goes from table to table to worry about your well-being. The decor is enriched by works of art that alone deserve the detour. In the plate everything is there to make your taste buds fall apart. my preference goes to the red tuna grilled at the planecha and its purée of potatoes to the garlic... a feast that we don't get tired!!! the wine map offers a great diversity and is rarely disappointed. The addition is in keeping with the pleasure given and we always enjoy this establishment. It is stro...
