"I strongly advise you that I am hesitant to know if we are going to the right address to eat and well I tell you to go without asking you questions refined cuisine menu of exceptional service adaptable if a real need for example I am allergic to onion and well it makes my dish without onions. Great advice for fresh seafood wine super dessert. We went there 2 nights in a row to see 31 August and 1 September 2016 and we will return the eyes closed good appetite you will not be disappointed"

"Apparently there has been a change of ownership, the restaurant is now called LE MAT'K. Pleasant atmosphere and warm decor. The servers are smiling and attentive to us. The slow-cooked suckling pig was excellent and the Bonifacienne-style veal was also very good. On the other hand, we waited a very long time for my husband's dessert and we were surprised to see the waitress arrive with 2 chestnut fondants, the 2nd dessert being offered to us by the chef for this wait. Very very good dessert. Thank you so much. We will come back."

"Corsica is all about the coast...except that some of the best experiences are not! Approximately 15 minutes from our Ajaccio accommodation, in a lush little cleft aside a small river, we were really fortunate to discover Auberge du Prunelli that is both a restaurant and...wine cave. Its history starts in the late 19th century (as did some of the gardens and trees that still provide fruits, vegetables and nuts to the restaurant) , and today the tradition of hospitality that began then is carried forward by the family. Valentin Orlandazzi is part of that family, and guided us through our delicious meal and then through the renovated, cozy wine cellar, where special tastings and events are held. Everything on the menu is authentically Corsican and our meals were all locally sourced. The roast goat (cabri roti) and roast potatoes were succulent, the grilled trout cooked perfectly, and the lasagna was delicously unique, infused with the famous Corsican herb Nepeta. It is, indeed, hearty food but prepared with a light and modern twist. As one local told us, The young sons who run the restaurant now are doing a great job of blending tradition and new ideas And he was right. There are many things that will take us back to Corsica...not the least of which is the promise of lunch at the Auberge du Prunelli!"

"Very nice terrace, we arrived almost at the end of the lunch service and we were still able to sit down. Our child's pizza looked good (fine pat and crispy edges). We took a plate of tempura cheeses and vegetables, accompanied by a glass of red and rosé of the small producer with which he works. Everything was succulent! The sunny weather terrace is just pleasant hy-per and the friendly and smiling team. Right to visit, vegan friendly too!"

"Une soirée avec des amis à qui nous avons fait découvrir ce restaurant sur Porticcio. D'ailleurs étant loueur d'appartements sur la région, je conseille toujours l'ambata en toute saison à mes Hôtes. Pizzas hyper bonnes, la pâte une merveille, la vraie pizza Napolitaine. Les plats variés et toujours aussi bons. L'équipe en salle, très compétente et d'une serviabilité et d'une amabilité qui est rare de nos jours sauf à L'ambata et comme chaque année je dirais. Belle sélections de salades, pizzas, viandes et poissons, Burgers. Sélections sur ardoise, avocado sur gauffre et saumon fumé, poulpe et calamars à la plancha, tartare de saumon et quinoa. Belle Terrasse avec vue sur mer. Une nouvelle fois, mon restaurant préféré sur Porticcio, c'est l'Ambata."
