We were looking for a special meal for our last night in Paris- as most of the restaurants where we had eaten seemed very similar in their offerings.

I came back quite by chance I enjoyed the flavors are amazing for a price quite in the standard of the large kitchen a staff listening I highly recommend thank you for this meal

rather disappointed with the click and collect. the hours are binding, the sliced bread in soft plastic, the velvety of small peas too green with 3 small salmon eggs, the beef paleron a little dry, the chocolate mousse too bitter. Here's for the bad guys. On the other hand, the merlu confit with its green sauce was very good, and the salmon unilateral a delight (even if the pear vinegar was too acidic for me.) two very good dishes only, for 55€/person. very good quality, impeccable cooking nevertheless I would like to bring some remarks on the gustative aspect of the accompaniment of the various dishes: the truffled purée did not smell enough the truffle, it lacks a seasoning for the fish, the risotto was not raised enough. The vanilla cream that accompanied the pie was not strong enough in taste. last point: the cheeses are not very original last point of improvement: putting pictures for the dressage of the plates would be one more that still remains of the large kitchen
