"Small restaurant next to the Basilica of Carcassonne with a magnificent terrace and where we had a really good dinner. The staff was very friendly, attentive and quick when serving and very well prepared and tasty food. We ordered the roast lamb and the duck magret. Both dishes are tender and juicy. A restaurant that is worth visiting both for the environment, the food as well as the service. Lots of local people having dinner, something that indicates that we had not made a mistake"

The best cassoulet in my life! It was succulent, a qualit service and affordable menus (18 or 28 if you had to make only a restaurant in the carcase citadel, choose this one.

a menu at a very reasonable price with an entrance, a dish, a dessert (3 at each time) for 18,50 eur, it is rare and it was very good. Recommended reservation, the interior room is not very large. service is rather fast and staff is pleasant. Thank you to the young woman who welcomed us, and who allowed us to eat earlier than the time of our reservation

Nice frame, nice waiters.From menu to 28€, lack of delicacy in the presentation, salad and slice of foie gras 1 tomato area .. dessert more than basic. cabbage paste too wet and with clumps but bravo having tried to make it yourself,) it is nevertheless the base of the kitchen and pastry. I will not judge the quality of the meat, you can’t do anything. Maybe propose the choice of sauces for meat accompaniment!I will unfortunately not return to it
