"Je suis venu à midi pour déjeuner avec ma fille. J'ai commandé une pièce de boeuf bien cuite avec frites. Excellente, en qualité et quantité. Cuite comme j'ai demandé. Le service s'est très bien passé. Le serveur et les serveuses sont à l'écoute. Toujours à demander si tout se passe bien. Le steack haché de ma fille, très bien aussi. Les frites sont maison et très bonnes. Je reviendrais."

"To escape!!!!!! we ask if it is possible to be served quickly, we are told that yes, 2 tables arrive after us, they are served well before. When we are finally served, the duck magret is cold and immangeable, full of nerve. The hot goat salad is cold with three slices of salads and a melon slice on the edge of the plate, anyone could have done better at home!! A urine smell on the terrace!"

"During our stay in Bazas and the visit of this place we took advantage of it for lunch in this restaurant. First of all the nice waitress and waitress, giving explanations on dishes, drinks, everything was perfect, the dessert dish menu worthy of a gastro. "Excellente expérience au 21 Gourmand. Nous étions logé dans un complexe proche qui ne proposait pas de service de restauration (domaine Ecotelia) et nous cherchions un restaurant capable de faire de la vente à emporter.Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la gérante qui a pris notre commande rapidement car elle avait également une grande table à servir et voulai donc éviter que nous aillons à attendre.Elle a accepté de nous fournir couverts et dessert dans des contenants réutilisable qui nous lui avons rapporté le lendemain.Tout était très bon, nous avons passé une excellente soirée au domaine grâce à elle !Merci encore et à une prochaine !"

"We were staying overnight near Bazas and our hotel recommended Caro and Co. We were delighted with our meal and with the whole atmosphere. We both ate the menu at and chose the same dishes. The beef from the region was succulent and cooked...rarely to perfection. It came with a delicious sauce and very surprisingly interesting carrots as well as delicious pommes purée. As starter we had the pate de foie gras which was melt in the mouth and all you could wish and was served with super crunchy whole grain toast. The dessert was very inventive and we thoroughly recommend Caro’s apricot and ginger with buffalo mozzarella. It was a taste sensation. We had a moderately priced bottle of local red Graves which came with some expert recommendations from our very efficient waitress who spoke excellent English. The establishment had to deal with some difficulties due to lack of Covid passes whilst we were eating and they did this with courtesy and firmness. I can recommend this establishment absolutely and thank the team very much for a wonderful meal and a super evening"
