"The Mint Galant takes its name from the crazy years and refers to the theatre of Vaudeville. The welcome is warm and the bright place. We settle at the curious table to discover this map as the first act of a piece by Feydeau. The dishes appeal to the classics of Parisian cuisine but perfectly executed with a hint of culinary malice that delights by its boldness. The pretty wine map is in agreement with the menu, I discovered a Pic St Loup that got very well married with the finely cut knives tartare. The dessert milk rice comes as a bounce by its surprising lightness. The Minet is the ideal place to dine out of a nearby theater or just meet with friends, or even for an appointment... Galant."

Birthday dinner of my excellent friend with a super burger, delicious fries and the best chocolate mousse in my life. It’s beautifully served. The staff is very professional and it is beautifully decorated and quiet. I recommend this address

A very good address in the opera/bourse district. Beautiful Parisian bistro decor. Effective map. A reasonable price for the neighborhood. Excellent service. The mimosa egg is effective, the salad niçoise generous and tuna snacked, the rice with well-eating milk. I'll be back soon.
