Very friendly owner and really awesome food. We were hunting for vegetarian food during our 4 day visit and we ended up eating here almost every night and hated any Indian restaurant we went to for lunch in comparison. Must try for visiting Indians especially vegetarians.

This was an excellent experience. The waiter was attentive, friendly and had good conversation with the children. The food was of a very high quality, it came very fast following ordering and was very, very tasty. All four of us enjoyed each individual selection. I would recommend this wonderful little gem which is off the beaten track.

We live close by and often come to this restaurant. I have had nothing but great service here I see the other reviews, not really sure since we have been several times...we are American :-) . Also, I love their vindaloo and their masala and butter chickens. Very tasty. We specifically ordered very spicy and they complied which is unusual in Paris as NOTHING is spicy. The waiter made us special mint tea after lunch which was delicious and he was very chatty with our group. For me, the food is good and would recommend to any friends looking for indian.

Ok, so Indian food in Paris? well we decided to give it a try.The restaurant was very quiet when we visited on a Sunday evening. We were greeted by the owner, who originates from Dehli. As all our 'Indians' locally in the UK are Bangladeshi owned, this made a change.The food was very good, well cooked and spiced to perfection. It was different to see leg meat used for chicken dishes. The owner explained that leg meat works better absorbs the spices and tenderises better than breast meat. Well I can't argue with the results, the meat just melted in the mouth.Prices were very reasonable and service quick and efficient.Certainly worth a visit.

We dined at Le Palais de Raja Maharaja after reading decent reviews and because it was walking distance from our hotel. We love Indian food but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was awkwardly quiet (no music) and somewhat empty during prime dinner hours. The service was horrible... there were two men who seemed to be the only ones taking care of guests, and it was impossible to get taken care of. They were constantly running around, passing our table, and we had to ask for things numerous times.
