"We found glas in one of our foods. Immediatly we reporter it to one of the servers. After 30 minutes or more he hadnt come back. Meaning, i had to go over myself and check if they would resolve the issue. There was a lot of confusion and had to explain the situation various times. I even had to suggest a solution myself. They didnt accept my proposal, so we left the place immediatly. Terrible service. A shame, as the food was not a that bad itself."
