"Having seen this little bar on the way from the ferry we returned after walking round the island (it’s a small island! . All the seats were full and on enquiry we found a queuing system of standing outside the shop opposite was in action. The waitress was always aware of who was next and was quick to turn around the tables and so we waited about 10 or 15 minutes. The food was good, both what we had (moules frites and what we saw others have. Service was polite friendly and the ambience was good. It was pretty reasonably priced (moules frites about 12 euros . We would happily go again on our next visit. It is linked to a small brewery behind the church but it was closed when we went. The takeaway hatch of the bar sell the bottled beer if you want some."

"Excellent seafood but at the same price as the restaurants on the island! Is Franck ostreatious? Industrial Mayonnaise, a toothpick is offered to taste traditional jobs and forks for oysters! Cardboard cup and cans except for wine. Bof."

"En étant sur l'Ile d'Aix, en février 2017, nous nous somme arrêter dans ce restaurant pour se réchauffer et boire un café.Une fois entrée ont étais mal vue et une fois assis ont étais critiqué par le personnel c'est à dire le cuisinier, patron et serveurs.Au moment d'une petite pause sur la terrasse, nous avons eu le réflexe d'entendre des mots sur nous pas sympathique comme "T'a vu il fume le bedo, la tronche que ils ont, surtout le plus jeune !". Et ça rigolé bien derrière nous, il étais vraiment pas discret.Nous somme partie en payant et avons dit que nous revenons plus et nous déconseilleront aux connaissance de passer.Cela les a pas plu, mais ont est client , ont paient, ont a le droit de dire ce que ont pense.C'est le seul souvenir négative de l'Ile d'Aix !!.Je recommande ce café et à éviter tout de suite afin de vous protéger des critiques !!"
